On the premises
- Security cameras and recording devices are in use
- One event attendant or security guard is present for any and all events
- Three fire extinguishers are located on the premises
- Ground-level access throughout, no stairs
- No loitering outside of the venue
Accessibility
- Wheelchair accessible, ground-level entry
- Two ADA-compliant restrooms
- One baby changing station
- ADA-accessible plaza and parking
Food, cooking & alcohol
- External catering is allowed; there is no in-house catering
- Food prep area only, no kitchen and no cooking on site
- A portable bar is provided; sink and water fountain available
- Alcohol by permission only, and a licensed, insured bartender is required
- No alcohol sales are permitted at any event
Your event attendant
An event attendant from the Event Center Miami team is on site during your event to oversee the venue and assist with management of the facility. They will be available for questions but will not coordinate or plan your event. Planning and day-of coordination can be added at additional cost.
