Pricing. Rental rates vary based on the time and day of the week as well as the event type. Send us your date and guest count and we’ll put together a customized proposal.
All packages are subject to sales tax plus a refundable security deposit. A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date, and credit card payments are subject to a processing fee. Full payment is required if a reservation is made within 30 days of the event date; 50% is required within 60 days. Hourly rates are available Monday through Thursday.

Rental hours, parking & booking
Rental hours
The standard booking is a 6-hour venue rental, which includes 1 hour of setup and 1 hour of breakdown. Hourly rates are available Monday through Thursday.
Parking
Parking is free and first come, first served, in the north and south lots of the plaza. Additional parking can be found on the street side at the back.
Booking & payment

100% payment is required if the reservation is made within 30 days of your event date; 50% payment is required if the reservation is made within 60 days of your event date.
